Bandicoot has been providing JRC Roofing with unlimited onsite and remote support since April 2013. Their server is monitored and informs Bandicoot of any problems with their system backups, antivirus or disks. When any issues arise, JRC Roofing know that one phone call will result in either immediate remote support or a prompt onsite visit to resolve issues as quickly and painlessly as possible.
