Support Case Study

Specialist Training had, up to our arrival, been supported by another IT consultant. Due to health issues, we had to take on the support role immediately with zero handover. Specialist Training were part way through an Exchange to Office 365 migration and had two servers with some urgent issues to deal with.

We completed the Office 365 migration and planned out a path to get them from their current set up with aging hardware and software to new hardware with the latest operating systems and software including Dell computers with SSD disks, Windows 10 Pro, Office 365 desktop software, Windows Server 2019 and the current versions of Act and Sage 50cloud with Act and Sage support included.

They also now have both full system backups for their server, secure offsite data backups, cloud antivirus and a business class Draytek firewall router.

Stuart and his team have really supported us and our IT system over the last 12 months. This has involved upgrading some of our hardware and software ensuring it is fully supported and secure. There is more work for us to do however it’s all done at a pace we can work with and Bandicoot are happy to guide us in the right direction that works for us. The team are very responsive to help often solving the problem for us immediately though their remote access. I would not hesitate in recommending Bandicoot to any other business that may need the expertise of Stuart and his team.
