Luke Steps Up as IT Support Team Lead
Luke has been promoted to IT Support Team Lead, a role that recognises his excellent technical skills and natural leadership abilities.
In his new role, Luke will be guiding our technical team and ensuring we continue to deliver the outstanding support our clients have come to expect. His deep understanding of our clients’ needs, combined with his ability to mentor and develop others, makes him the ideal person to lead our technical operations.
Anj Becomes Our Cybersecurity Specialist
We’re equally excited to announce that Anj has been promoted to Cybersecurity Specialist. With her MSc in Cybersecurity and extensive experience in the field, Anj brings the academic knowledge and practical skills needed to keep our clients safe from ever-evolving cyber threats.
This promotion comes at a crucial time when cybersecurity threats are becoming increasingly sophisticated. In 2024, 39% of British businesses identified a breach, with SMEs facing average costs of £19,400 when identifying breaches with an outcome. Having a dedicated cybersecurity specialist ensures our clients stay protected with the latest threat intelligence and best practices.
Anj’s role will involve developing and implementing advanced security strategies, conducting cybersecurity assessments, and providing expert guidance to help our clients navigate the complex world of cyber threats.

Over the years, we’ve supported five IT technicians through completed apprenticeships, helping them attain NVQ Level 3 in Computing.
