More importantly, we know that education is better than panic. These sessions are about giving your team the knowledge they need to protect your business – no jargon, no sales pitch, just practical advice you can use.
Anna, our Commercial Director, regularly speaks at industry events on cyber security. Our Managing Director Stuart has over 30 years of IT experience. Your session will be delivered by the most relevant member of our team for your chosen topic.
Is This Right for My Business?
This works best if:
- You are an owner/director of a Lancashire SME with between 20 and 60 staff
- You can provide a meeting space and screen/projector (we’ll bring a laptop)
- You’re based within 30 minutes of Burnley
Not quite right? Get in touch anyway – we might be able to work something out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there really no cost?
None. No hidden fees, no obligations. We provide the training and the food completely free. We believe that better-informed businesses make Lancashire stronger.
What if we have fewer than 20 staff?
We also run group sessions where multiple smaller businesses join together. Register your interest below and we’ll be in touch when we’re scheduling the next group session.
Why are you doing this?
Honestly? Because we’re good at what we do, and we’d like the opportunity to prove it. If you later decide you’d like to work with us, great. If not, you’ve still got valuable training and your team’s had a nice lunch.
What food do you provide?
Your choice – pizza is often a popular choice, but we’re flexible. We’ll confirm dietary requirements beforehand and make sure everyone’s catered for.
Will this be a sales pitch?
No. We’re not here to sell you anything on the day. This is genuinely about education. If you want to talk about your IT setup afterwards, we’re happy to, but there’s no pressure.
Do you cover other topics?
Currently we’re focusing on Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery as these are the areas where we see Lancashire businesses most at risk. We’re planning to add AI sessions later in 2026.
