Project Description

Desire Branding – Kate Pollitt

Kate was busy designing stylish websites but became bogged down with technical problems. She had become frustrated with a lack of communication and slow response times from other hosting companies. It was consuming all her time and losing her money.

We now host all of Kate’s websites. She described working with Bandicoot as “having a heavy technical weight lifted” and for the first time she felt that her clients’ websites were in safe hands, allowing her to concentrate on doing the work she loves, and which adds the most value to her business.

By using Bandicoot to take care of all the technical work and routine website maintenance, Kate is now putting her design talents to good use!

This is what Kate said about us:

“When I started working with Bandicoot, I’d been looking for reliable technical, maintenance and hosting support for the web design side of my business for quite some time.

I’d previously been let down by other “techies” due to their lack of communication and very slow response times, which, needless to say, isn’t great for business. I was keen to find a team that knew their stuff and wouldn’t let me, or my clients down.

Bandicoot came highly recommended by a few different people, so I decided to get in touch – I only wish I’d found them sooner.

My website projects and clients are now in safe hands – I get to concentrate on the stuff I do best, designing websites, confident in the knowledge that Tom and Stuart have my back for everything else.

They are knowledgeable, technically skilled, quick to respond and brilliantly communicative, I’m never left wondering where my job is up to, or whether they can solve an issue I throw at them – it’s usually done before I’ve had a chance to think about it.

As a busy design business, this is invaluable.

If you’re looking for all-round nice people to work with, that know their stuff and won’t let you down, give them a call. I guarantee, it will be like having a heavy technical weight lifted off your shoulders.”
