What we do for Suprafilt

Our original project for Suprafilt in 2017 was a migration of their email services from their Exchange Server to Microsoft 365, or Office 365 as it was then. Their current IT support was providing a poor service and expect that the migration was out of their comfort zone. We completed the migration with no data loss or downtime and shortly after, took over the full IT support when it came to light that backups had been failing for a long time and security patches had not been installed. We have since looked after Suprafilt, providing a full service including Microsoft 365 licensing, unlimited remote support, offsite backups for their two servers and website hosting.

As an IT Technician, John plays a vital role in resolving IT-related issues for our clients. Whether it’s troubleshooting device problems, providing technical support, or assisting with projects and installations.

Outside of work, John enjoys going to the Gym, playing his Xbox, cooking, cycling and walking. He’s also known to enjoy the odd alcoholic beverage, especially whilst on holiday!
